Masstemps is currently looking for a Fabricator Welder to work for one of their busy clients who specialise in structural steel. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in metal fabrication and welding, a strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication techniques, and proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. The candidate should also be skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment, and have the ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and dimensions.
The skills required for this role include the ability to assemble and fabricate metal components, mechanical knowledge for understanding blueprints and specifications, proficiency in fabricating metal pieces using various techniques, experience working with sheet metal materials, basic math skills for measurements and dimensions, welding skills for various types of welding processes, and competence in using power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and welding.
