We are looking for a long term Cover Supervisor to join a lovely school based in Willenhall
Key Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
Assist students with their academic and personal development.
Provide one-on-one or small group support for students who may require additional assistance.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational strategies.
Contribute to the planning and organization of educational activities and events.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or training in education-related fields is a plus.
Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
