Description
To procure/tender and monitor all hand back works activity through to completion. To monitor sub-contractor performance with specific reference to the delivery of planned works including both lifecycle and additional works. Accountable to the Project Manager for the day-to-day supervision, monitoring and performance of sub-contractors. There will also be a requirement to provide cover, advice, and guidance across Stoke Schools contract on an as required basis
Profile
A successful Project Supervisor should have:
Proven working experience in construction management
Proven capability to project manager a large volume of low value projects relating to fit outs and refurbs of sites
SMTS qualifcation
Be based in or around the Stoke on Trent region with an ability to work across an office and sites for 4 days of the weekJob Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
A fixed-term contract for 12 months
