Approach Personnel are working with a nationwide social housing contractor, who are require a permanent Site Manager to work on a large EWI / decarbonisation project in Stoke-on-Trent.
As a site manager, you will be responsible for:
Planning, organising and supervising the EWI work on site
Ensuring the quality, safety and environmental standards of the work
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Managing the budget, programme and resources of the project
Solving any problems or issues that may arise on site
Reporting on the progress and performance of the project
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Experience in managing EWI projects, preferably in the social housing sector
Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, or willingness to learn
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
