Our client is a family-owned development, housing, and construction business, employing over 650 people.
The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client's expanding housing business in their Stoke Office. The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal department and ensure the efficient operation of the Stoke office. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinate and implement office procedures
* Provide general administrative support, including typing letters, minutes, reports, memos, speeches, updating spreadsheets/databases, copying, binding, shredding, filing, etc.
* Order legal searches as requested
* Answer phone calls and take messages
* Compile legal packs
* Manage office supplies and overall office maintenance
* Manage and maintain the meeting room diary
* Handle the opening, stamping, and scanning of incoming post
* Organise outgoing post
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
* Ability to prioritisee and manage workload amidst conflicting demands and busy work periods
* Reliable and trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion
* Flexible and positive approach to work and colleagues
* Proficiency in Microsoft software packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Details
* 15 hours per week Mon- Fri between the hours of 8.00- 16.00
* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
