We are looking to recruit a integral memeber to join a fantastic team/company.
Our client is a well established, growing and leading manufacturer in the industry.
They are looking for a brake pess setterand Fabricator
Are you the right candidate?
* Ideally have worked within metal fabrications in the past
* Ability to work out blank sizes and bend allowances is essential
* Proven ability to interpret manufacturing/ optimisation lists and specifications including hardware.
* Understanding contents of supplier manuals in order to complete the required methods of fabrication and able to address this information in terms of assembly requirements
* Ability to read and recognise profile orientations and technical drawings
* Manual handling and ability to use one or more of the following:
* hand tools,
* air driven tools,
* chop saws,
* pillar drills and
* pneumatic machines/punches
* notchers
* guillotines
* laser cutters
* welding equipment
* bonder
* press-brake
* Experienced on CNC machines
* Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements for their area of work
* Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.
* Ability to operate different tools
* Ability to lift heavy materials and tools (in excess of 22kg/ 50lbs)
* Ability to remain focussed
Pay will be dependant upon experience - £12.00 ph-£14.00 ph
