My client is a growing logistics company who are currently looking for x3 Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with my clients services. Your high-energy approach and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in this position.

Monday to Friday – (8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm)

ASAP Start / Temporary to permanent.

The ideal candidate will:
• Ensure Timely and effective communication with customers is made, addressing inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving basic issues promptly.
• Being the primary point of contact, providing personalised assistance.
• Ensuring customers can easily track orders using a user-friendly online portal.
• Providing regular status updates, allowing customers to stay informed about the progress of their shipments.
• Actively monitor orders, detecting and resolving potential issues before they impact customer satisfaction.
• Updating customer accounts using excel.
• Data inputting into spreadsheets.
