Year 6 Teacher Soihull

We are seeking a fully qualified Year 6 Teacher in Solihull to work on a part-time basis starting September 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Year 6 students, ensuring they are well-prepared for the transition to secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of Year 6 students.
* Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters academic growth.
* Assess student progress effectively through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods.
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their development and attainment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 2 or Year 6.
* A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.
