Teacher of Design Technology

Teacher of Design Technology:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join Tudor Grange Trust Solihull. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design technology and working with KS3, KS4 & KS5. They will need to have proficiency in behaviour management and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs
- Provide individualized support to students requiring extra assistance
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote a conducive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Skills:
- Proficiency in design technology curriculum
- Effective behaviour management techniques to address student needs
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Previous experience as a qualified teacher, QTS
