***Supporting children aged 4-11 with additional learning needs.
***Working with pupils in a 1-2-1 and small group setting.
 
Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.
A genuine care for young learners with special educational needs and their wellbeing.
Clear communication style and confidence in your ability to provide sufficient support.
Some understanding of additional learning needs.
Previous experience of working with children is beneficial, but not mandatory. 
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be assisting a team of experienced teachers in providing a high-quality education to wonderful KS1 and KS2 SEN students as they begin their journey through education. You will be monitoring pupil progress and using this understanding of individual students to assist in the planning and adaptation of lesson plans and learning materials. The support you will provide to pupils will be in both 1-2-1 and small group settings and will be aided by the close relationships that you will build with both pupils and staff.
