Key Responsibilities of Sales Support Representative:
Assess customer needs and requirements to generate sales opportunities.
Transform opportunities into confirmed orders.
Enhance and maintain the database of potential and existing customers.
Discover and pursue new sales leads.
Promote additional products to current customers.
Outline the necessary production equipment, raw materials, and labor needs.
Submit production throughput reports.
Identify and prioritize orders to meet customer requirements effectively.
Collaborate with management to resolve any issues, setbacks, or quality control concerns.
Assist the purchasing team in forecasting raw material demands.
Candidate Requirements of Sales Support Representative:
Outstanding verbal communication and listening abilities.
Proven track record of success in a sales position.
Confidence in selling a diverse range of products.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Preferably possesses a technical background.
Technical knowledge and experience in vacuum pump sales are desirable.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in cross-selling and upselling.
