We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall compliance within the organisation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for ensuring the Society identifies and monitors all material compliance obligations
Develop and ensure successful completion of annual regulatory compliance assurance plan
Maintain awareness of the regulatory landscape to support the Society in preparing for, and delivering regulatory change, providing advice and support to the first line and key stakeholders,
Providing compliance oversight and support within projects
Provide advice and guidance to the business in developing relevant procedures to ensure the Society is compliant with all regulatory, legal, statutory and professional duties.
Provide root cause analysis and oversight of all regulatory breaches, supporting the business in determining what is considered reportable to the regulators and the formal reporting processWhat we're looking for:

Experience working in a compliance function in the financial services sector.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Good stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Salary £55,000- £62,000 per annum (FTE) depending on experience
