Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Malvern.
Our client is a main contractor that works on mixed developments such as schools, hospitals, retail centres, commercial units and residential projects.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor on a new build construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the project team to place subcontract orders
* Ensure all payments are made in a timely manner
* Ensure all contractual agreements are in place and produced to appropriate contractors.
* Prepare cost value and cost forecasts reports for month review
* Ensure all final accounts are submitted on time.
Skills:
* BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying, or in progress.
* IT Literate
* Commercial Driven
* Full clean driving licence.
