Winner of multiple awards in the last decade, this private UK based based SaaS business are a pioneer in providing solutions that improve the relationship between Housing Associations and their residents. They sell a range of software, data and consultancy services, designed for Social Housing, that utilise data science and behavioural insights to help personalise and prioritise community engagement. This speeds up processes, reduces workloads, increases revenues and lowers escalations and court proceedings.
Due to new product releases they are looking to hire 2 x new Business Development Executives who will be prospecting via telephone, social media and email to book appointments for the field sales team. The role will provide a pathway to develop into a field based Account Manager and will be subject to lots of training, mentoring and development.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for:
- 6 to 24 months experience in a Business Developemnt, SDR / BDR or Inside Sales role, seliing B2B / Business to Business
- Any Public Sector sales experience a significant advantage
- Any software, technology or services sales experience an advantage
- proactive and ambitious attitude, comfortable with cold calling, customer service and working as part of a wider team
- interested in attending exhibitions and trade shows
- must be a UK resident, commutable to Coventry, three times per week
