As a Shipping Controller, you will support the Shipping and Receiving Team with coordinating activities and creating shipping documentation to external customers or other facilities both in the UK and overseas. You will confirm delivery completion in the business system, coordinate outbound freight for carriers and audits on all export shipments, while following policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate both import and export shipping
Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments
Create shipping documentation and ensure inventories are secure
Ship materials for various Aircraft parts in civil, military and DG departments
Deliver role requirement to external companies and other internal facilitiesWhat are we looking for?
Experience with import and export analysis, invoicing, and packing
Experience within either Manufacturing or the Aerospace industry
Excellent internal and external customer service skills
Sufficient knowledge in excel and Microsoft
