Your Responsibilities:
As an integral part of the Accounts Payable team, you will:
* Manage a Busy AP Ledger: Handle all aspects of the AP ledger, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
* Process Invoices: From processing to payment entry, you'll manage invoices with precision.
* Reconcile Statements: Perform statement reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
* Resolve Queries: Address and resolve any payment or invoice-related queries promptly.
* Handle Payments: Ensure timely payments, managing the end-to-end process seamlessly.
* Leverage CIS Experience: Utilise your knowledge of the CIS scheme to support the team (previous experience is a significant advantage).

* AP Experience: Proven experience in Accounts Payable, particularly in a busy and fast-paced environment.
* CIS Scheme Knowledge: Prior experience with the CIS scheme is highly desirable.
* Previous experience of dealing with Utility AP matters
* Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve queries efficiently.
