Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Wanted for EYFS/KS1
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HLTA to join our team. The successful candidate will work in Key Stage 1 and Early Years classrooms and provide support to SEN students, working to a purpose-built SEN curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers in the delivery of the SEN curriculum
Leading small group interventions
Providing one-to-one support for pupils
Requirements:
A Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience working in primary school settings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience supporting SEN children in an education setting
