Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching across various year groups, covering PPA time for class teachers.
Create engaging and differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain continuity in students' learning experiences.
Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching across multiple year groups.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different classrooms and year groups.
