Brilliantin Marketing Recruitment is working with a leading New Homes Developer to secure a senior digital marketing manager to work on a 13-month Fixed Term Maternity Contract.
You will lead the homes digital strategy ensuring they reach existing and new audiences via multiple digital channels. You will lead the digital approach to new channels and software ensuring all relevant teams and stakeholders are included.
The role's purpose is to support the improvement of their sales through reaching audiences and enabling success through system development and implementation.
• Develop and own the digital marketing strategy for the business with our external partners
• Build your stakeholder network of marketing colleagues, sales, design and external partners to deliver the strategy and build awareness of the brand.
• Create and communicate digital deployment plans for each platform that creates an integrated approach for the customer.
• Work alongside external agencies to develop a multi-channel paid media strategy maximizing budgets to build best-in-class online performance.
• Support the SEO manager to create a focused organic content strategy to build success. Ensuring all new web content is created with SEO first in mind.
• Support CRO manager to create a data-led, test-and-learn approach strategy for conversion rate optimisation.
• Manage all digital budgets and support the Head of Marketing with wider budget reporting where needed ensuring all reporting is up to date and spend accurately reported.
• Be the innovation lead in digital activity to enhance the customer experience across the whole journey.
• Be the project lead for all digital systems development and integration for all marketing and customer activity (CRM / Website / Mobile)
• Build and implement reporting/analytics for all digital channels to performance manage digital activity and spend. Translate these reports into simple dashboards/reports linked to business objectives for the business to understand performance.
• Work with the brand team and external agencies to lead the development of unique and engaging video content for digital channels.
• Work with the Senior Marketing Team to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote key business messages and increase the quality of enquiries for the sales team.
• Lead GDPR and privacy management across digital platforms ensuring always in line with latest policies.
• Work with Senior Brand Designer to optimise opt-in email databases and design nurture programs to increase engagement.
• As part of the effective delivery of our Performance Development framework, provide coaching and regular feedback to maximise performance delivery and development, encouraging collaboration and empowerment to all team members.
• Ensure effective communication that enables engagement and enablement across the entire digital team
