Skilled Careers is working with an exciting Main Contractor who is looking for a Senior Design Manager to work in Birmingham 
The ideal Senior Design Manager must be someone ideally with experience working for a main contractor and projects in excess of £10m.

Responsibilities

Experience working for a Main Contractor
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Experience with collaborative platforms like 4Projects (desirable).
Comprehensive site experience in an engineering or site management role.
Strong technical construction knowledge.
A deep understanding of current Building Regulations.
Familiarity with BREEAM/Passivhaus requirements.
A degree in a relevant construction field.
Knowledge of M&E design and its interface with construction.
Exceptional project management abilities.
