Contracts Manager - Flat Roofing
£65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an industry leading company based in Birmingham. This will be a site-based role overseeing contacts within the midlands area, varying from Stoke - Oxford.
Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
Oversee the whole contract from start to finish.
Take a contract from an enquiry through to fruition.
Finding the right projects to be worked on.
Pricing tender packages - visiting site with subcontractors / specialist.
Ordering of materials.
Control of cost on projects.
Raising subcontract orders / Pos.
The successful candidate will:
Experience and understanding of working with flat roofing.
Experienced in pricing up contracts.
Confident in leadership.
Experience of being client facing.
Hold a valid CSCS Card.
