Building Surveyor

Current vacancy for a leading housing provider in Birmingham to work within the planned works team.

Duties will include,

Oversee planned works projects including widow and door replacements.
Stock condition surveys.
Management of contractors performance including quality and time scales.
Providing project updates to project manager.
Working as part of property services team.
Based in Birmingham, three month contract
