Monday – Thursday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm, Friday 8.00 am – 2.30 pm but extra hours may be required if required to fulfill your duties

Due to continued growth, we're recruiting an experienced Technical Sales Engineer & Estimator to join our long-established, reputable client permanently. Taking care of their people and focusing on building the right team with the right personalities, is a key focus for this business and they pride themselves on their friendly and inclusive working environment.

Our valued client specialise in the manufacture of low volume, high quality, tubular, and threaded components for various sectors including Aerospace, F1, Oil & Gas, and Defense industries.

This would suit an experienced Estimator, or previously experienced CNC machinist, who is looking for a new challenge in an office environment and applying their excellent IT skills and experience to a customer-focused role. The successful Technical Sales Engineer / Estimator will have previous experience within a precision engineering environment and if you have milling, turning, and boring experience then this will be an immediate advantage.

This is a diverse role looking for someone inquisitive and thorough. Someone who is always asking questions about machining capabilities, materials used, cycle times, and process improvements means that this role is certainly a long way away from a ‘boring’ role.

Predominantly office-based, so if someone looking to take that step away from the workshop into a more analytical and consultative role, then this maybe the job for you.
