Job Title: Machine Operative
Location: Rothley, Leicester, LE7
4 on 4 off Shift Pattern:
2 Days - 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
2 Nights - 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Pay Rate Per hour: £11.45 - £14.31(After Training)
Key Duties:
Ensure smooth running of Packaging Machines
Facilitate product change overs including the loading of polyethylene reels
Operate the log saw efficiently when needed
As a Machine Operative you will troubleshoot minor machine issues
Perform quality checks on productions as needed
Conduct small maintenance tasks and adjustments
Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the work area
Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
As a Machine Operative you should possess excellent teamwork capabilities
Strong communication skills
