We have a brand-new permanent opportunity for an experienced Digital Content Writer to join a trailblazing education provider with a fantastic reputation, based in North Birmingham.

In this role you will be working as part of a prestigious, market-leading organisation alongside the Digital Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing to deliver insightful and engaging digital content which reflects the business’ brand and audience.

As the Digital Content Writer, you will be a hands-on content expert, with a great understanding and experience of creating a wide range of digital content across multiple channels, from written content, through to video and podcasts. You will be focussed on the user experience, using ROI research and data to ensure you create digital content which is fully SEO optimised to create maximum impact across a range of distribution channels, creating compelling and exciting stories that fully engages your audience.

Working with a wide range of colleagues, you will thrive in a team focussed environment where you will be required to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. Intuitive and innovative in your approach, with a passion to create award winning content strategy and innovation, you will be commercially savvy, self-motivated, proactive and adaptable, always keen to work collaboratively and be driven by research which ensures you will achieve excellence. With the ability to adapt your tone and style to a wide range of audiences, you will be persuasive and assertive, with excellent digital editing skills and amazing attention to detail which will ensure all content you create is of the highest quality.

To hit the ground running in this exciting Digital Content Writer opportunity, you will need to be of graduate calibre and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally within the education sector, with a proven track record of coordinating multiple content projects with demonstrable success. You will be an excellent written and verbal communicator and be comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders at all levels, aligning with the key values of the organisation. Most importantly, you will be genuinely passionate about on-going learning and development, with a strong desire to create impactful content.
