Responsibilities:

📝 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, purchase orders, and expenses.

📊 Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.

📞 Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any accounting discrepancies.

💻 Utilise accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

📧 Generate and distribute regular financial statements to the management team.

🌱 Stay updated on industry regulations and best practises to ensure compliance.

🔄 Assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks, as required.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

✔️ Previous experience in an accounts administration role.

✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

✔️ Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.

✔️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

✔️ Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

✔️ A high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

🔷 A relevant accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, or CIMA).

🔷 Experience working in the manufacturing industry.

🔷 Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

🔷 Familiarity with ERP systems.

Technologies:

💻 Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
