Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting on behalf of a national leading managed service partner specialising in manned or unmanned vehicle, plant, and transport solutions. Our client are a well-established Industrial Subcontractor working on site in Port Talbot recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Heavy Haulage Driver - Industrial Civils Operation.

Our client are seeking a confident and experienced HGV Class 1 Heavy Haulage Driver on their Civils contract to join their growing team to support our on-site infrastructure services within the Port Talbot operation. The role is full-time.
In this role will be working Monday to Friday 8am starts to 16:30 daily collecting and delivering to different store delivery points within the steel works.
Rates - £12.36, with enhanced rates for any overtime worked over standard hours.

Requirements -

*CCNSG.
*Abnormal Loads Securing - Chaining.
*Low Loader.
*Must be able to work safely, and follow safety procedures and documentation.
*Must be enthusiastic and committed with a flexible approach.
*Good organisational skills.
*Able to complete daily drivers' defects, Near Miss reports.
*Ability to take initiative on tasks with good attention to detail.
