We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join us at our Haverfordwest Creamery on a full-time, permanent basis. Your shift pattern will be 4 on 4 off, working 6am - 6pm.

If you are a food hygiene and audit professional with level 2 qualifications in HACCP and food hygiene and an internal audit qualification, this is an exciting opportunity to help uphold the high standards of our respected organisation.

In this engaging and varied role, your work will ensure we can continue to produce award-winning cheddar and regional cheeses of the highest quality.

What’s more, you’ll be further developing your experience levels and skillset and, with our four on, four off shift pattern, you’ll have plenty of time for your other pursuits.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll help to ensure that our products are of the highest standards and never deviate from that quality.

Specifically, you will join our QA Team and ensure that we manufacture our products in line with legislative requirements, including food and environmental safety and health and safety.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will:

- Perform product testing
- Log samples and download results and reports
- Assist with quality-related training
- Ensure the laboratory is kept clean and tidy
- Manage store deliveries and collections

About You

To join us as a Quality Assurance Technician, you will need:

- An L2 Food Hygiene qualification
- An L2 HACCP qualification
- An Internal Audit qualification
