Academics are recruiting for general a cover supervisor to supervise secondary classes in Newport. This role will commence on the 13th May. Applicants will be expected to produce a safe learning environment where KS3, KS4, and KS5 pupils complete pre-set work produced by subject teachers.

Create a supportive learning environment where pupils stay on task and complete set-work
Collect completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher
Produce feedback to the class teacher by outlining positive/negative behaviours, achievements, and any concerning issues
Upholding school policies and procedures related to child protection, health and confidentiality

Has/currently undertaking a university degree
