Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on new build flats in the Newport area.
Timber Frame experience is essential.
Brief Job Spec
* Review project build programmes weekly and control the programme.
* To be professionally structured by control of quality stage sign off process with the population of stage QA paperwork
* The ability to work off own initiative and self-snag with the contractors at key stage intervals of the build.
* Good communication skills
* Good IT skills working with: Microsoft, Outlook, Asta, Excel, Microsoft Teams
About You
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
This position is due to start June 2024 for approx. 12 months.
Working hours are 0800 – 1700, paying £26.00 per hour.
