Position Overview:
We are seeking a Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to work within a school in Caerphilly. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Welsh and English and will have a passion for supporting students in their educational journey. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide individualized support to students.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and educational activities.

Assist students with understanding course material and completing assignments.

Work with small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts.

Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.

Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.

Requirements:

Fluency in Welsh and English is essential.

Previous experience working with children or young people is preferred.

Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
