SENIOR ARCHITECT – CARDIFF – REVIT

Position Overview:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and inventive Architect or Technologist to join a prestigious design-focused firm. While based in Cardiff, their flexible working policy allows for collaboration with colleagues nationwide. The role involves direct participation in all phases of architectural projects spanning education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as a pivotal team member, contributing expertise across various sectors and project stages.

· Responsibilities include interpreting client requirements, generating exceptional designs, and producing detailed drawings.

· Lead teams to ensure successful project completion within budgetary constraints and deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

· Salary likely to be between £40,000 - £55,000.

Requirements:

· Professional qualification desired, preferably RIBA Part III.

· Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.

· Proficient in Revit with strong technological acumen and sound understanding of BIM.

· Demonstrated design excellence coupled with comprehensive technical and construction knowledge.

· Proven track record in project management, team leadership, and project execution.

· Legal acumen regarding contracts, regulations, and codes.

· Business acumen, actively promoting the firm to drive new business and foster positive relationships
