2020 is working with our global engineering client who are looking to add a Trainee Fabricator / Production Operative to their team in Plymouth on a 3 month initial contract with a view to this being extended.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the Fabrication Team to carry out their daily tasks
• Work to achieve high quality in the assembly of component parts
• Demonstrate a skillset using various hand tools
• Ensure production target output and quality is maintained
• Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
• Maintaining production area housekeeping
• Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently
• Work productively and safely and in compliance
• Maintain good levels of workmanship
Skills & Experience Required
• Able to adeptly learn the context of a challenge and quickly integrate new skills
• Able to apportion time effectively to complete tasks
• Will be energised by challenges and drawn towards opportunities

Hours: 40 per week - 07:00 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate - £12.00/per hour plus Holiday Pay + Overtime
