A new exciting role has developed from a leading Global organisation who really value their people and ensuring the best quality service is provided to their Clients for a Learning, Development and Talent Specialist.
As their Learning, Development and Talent Specialist you will manage and develop a strategic companywide training plan that will ensure all staff can grow and develop effectively within their own roles. As part of the People Team you will identify, design and implement the Company strategy and training.
This role requires a Learning, Development and Talent Specialist who is passionate in developing & implementing training programmes, understands various training methodologies and best practice.
Develop and run Graduate & Internship programme
Create & manage the training schedule
Conduct training needs analysis
Provide regular reporting on all learning activities
