I'm currently looking for a Support Worker to work in a Child's Residential Home on day to day supply.
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will work closely with the young people who we support to enrich their lives. Your responsibilities will include supporting young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out, engage our young people in tasks and activities, undertaking household tasks and complete relevant paperwork.
Requirements
The ideal SEND Support Assistant will:
Be enthusiastic and reliable.
Be available 3-5 days per week
Have the ability to work with children with a range of additional and complex needs.
Have good communication skills.
Be patient and resilient.
