Key Responsibilities:

Assist in routine maintenance and repairs of fire alarms, emergency lighting, and other life safety systems
Learn to conduct fault finding and respond to emergency call outs under the guidance of experienced technicians
Assist in producing defects and condition reports to support pricing and planning of remedial works
Develop communication skills by interacting with customers and the operations team to provide updates on system status
Shadow experienced technicians to gain insights into fire safety best practices and regulations
Maintain accurate records of activities using company software system

Qualifications and Experience:

Valid UK driving license
Strong interest in fire safety and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
Commitment to upholding professional standards and integrity
