Are you an accomplished Sub Agent with a strong background Rail Civils in the UK? If you hold an essential Civil Engineering degree and have the expertise to manage civil scope of works in a rail environment, we have a compelling opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

As a Sub Agent specialising in geotechnical work within a rail environment, you will be responsible for the successful management of the geotechnical package through completion, overlooking & managing the subcontractor complete the works. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the geotechnical packages.
Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained to the highest standards.
Lead a team of skilled professionals, driving excellence through your expertise and leadership.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including tier 1 contractors, to ensure project milestones are met.Qualifications and Experience:

A Degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
Demonstrable prior experience working on Earthworks and Structures projects is crucial.
Ideally, you have experience working for tier 1 contractors, understanding their requirements and delivering exceptional results.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team towards project success.Why Join:
