About the consultancy and vacancy?
Known as one of the most exciting and flourishing design consultancies; operating in the Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, BIM and sustainability sectors of Building Services, this company are going through a phase of growth and looking for another BIM professional to join their team! Ideally someone who can work independently with experience in the sector, but we would also consider younger, more junior Technicians with some BIM experience, hoping to move into this type of role.

We are seeking someone who can work on their own as well as within a small team of 13, 3 of which BIM professionals. A BIM MEP Technician that can pick up work quickly and can coordinate as well as model. Working in sectors such as residential, hotels, offices, schools and healthcare, this position would offer plenty of variety. This is an exciting opportunity for the next BIM MEP Technician to join a new team at very early stages of growth, there is plenty of room for progression and you could be leading the Bristol team in terms of BIM and CAD, in time to come.

Ideally a Building Services or BIM related degree
A good understand or working knowledge of software packages such as Revit and AutoCAD. Navis works would be ideal.
