Property Manager/ asset manager- Bristol- £30,000pa plus generous bonus!
Are you looking to work for a high-end Student Lettings company and work across 3 high-end residential sites in the heart of Bristol?
My prized client is searching for an ambitious individual with experience in Lettings to join their ever-growing company. You will be responsible for dealing with all management aspects of your allocated portfolio.
You will be required to build exceptional relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. You must be well-versed in maintaining relationships.
Details of the role:
Hours of work- 9-5:30pm Monday-Friday & 15 Saturdays a year 10-3pm
Driving licence required
Minimum of 1 year experience within Property Management
£30,000pa - DOE
Your core responsibilities will consist of:
• Developing as well as maintaining relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and contractors.
• Conduct inspections of the properties during tenancies and ensure property compliance is maintained.
• Organise end of tenancy check-outs and deposit returns.
• Organise tenancy move-ins and inventories.
• Assist with the accounts team to ensure landlord, tenant, and contractor ledgers are updated and correct.
• Offer investment advice on landlords current and new portfolios.

• Experience in Lettings or asset management
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Good understanding of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation
