Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act
Expand other service offerings into areas like Fire Engineering Design
Collaborating closely with a talented team that every aspect of building design and construction meets the highest safety standards.
Pivotal in driving the strategic objectives, from maximizing business synergies to overseeing the growth of the team.
With responsibilities ranging from fee submissions to providing technical expertise, you'll play a crucial part in our client's continued success.
Requirements
Proven track record in building control
3+ years experience in a similar/relevant role
Excellent knowledge of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
Experience working on commercial projects such as retail, education, and hospitals. etc 
Excellent communication skills.
