We are currently recruiting for Sales Representatives to join our busy client based on the outskirts of Swindon.
Main Responsibilities
* Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s products or services
* Communicating with customers before and after a sale
* Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products or services
* Processing sales transactions and handling
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Handling customer enquiries, price changes and discounts
* Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
* Attending training to understand industry trends
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
* Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to enhance communication
* Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data
* In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports
* Public speaking skills
