Food Production Team Leader

Up to £27,000 per annum plus company benefits
Night Shift – 5 days out of 7 0000 – 0800 (flexibility required)
Evoke Staffing have the pleasure to be working in partnership with a popular local food manufacturer who are expanding. This is a genuinely exciting time to join the company as they venture into new operations.
We are looking for someone who may have Chef/Kitchen/Food Production Supervisory/Leading experience.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage shifts by leading the team to fulfil the daily goals – quantities, quality levels, health & safety, food safety and productivity.
* Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standard
* To manage stock and orders from suppliers.
* To establish the weekly rotas and manage staff holidays, along with Production Manager and Shift/Team Leaders
* To train staff on all aspects of production, alongside with Training and Development plans
* To ensure the Cleaning, Hygiene and Staff Handbook practices are followed by everyone
* To implement new practices and lead the change in procedures
