Location: Carrington, Manchester M31 Salary: £12 per hour plus bonus/commission (Up to £35K OTE) Contract type: Permanent Hours:40 hours per week, including weekends - overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and growth of the company and existing customer base.
* dealing with customers face to face in our showroom
* Take phone enquiries and orders from customers. Upselling and driving sales to maximise company profits.
* Handle general enquiries from customers effectively and efficiently.
* Striving at all times to satisfy and exceed customer expectations
* Achieve all monthly KPIs.
Qualifications / Relevant Experience
Essential:
* Proven track record in sales.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
* Passionate, results driven and strives to exceed targets & KPIs.
* Positive, confident and self-motivated.
* Ability to communicate, negotiate and close the sale confidently
* Strong communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, email, telephone, and presentation.
* Ability to work independently.
