Residential Property Lawyer required for leading legal 500 firm in Southampton.

My client is a regional powerhouse on the south coast, they provide a full range of services to businesses and individuals and are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories. In total there are around 45 Partners and 130 fee earners split across their modern offices.

Property is a valued practice area for this firm who have an excellent client base throughout the South-east. The role will see you join a team of 6 which include a partner and two team leaders to manage your own caseload of Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases and associated transactional work with support.

The firm take pride in the training and development that they offer and they are therefore looking at recently qualified candidates that are likely to be between 1 and 3 PQE but will also potentially look outside of these parameters. There is a highly competitive salary offered together with a 50/50 hybrid working policy, bonus, enhanced holiday allowance and private healthcare.
