Commercial Manager

As commercial manager you will be the primary contact for our renowned retail customers, responsible for growing and nurturing the relationship and have direct influence over their experience with us. You will take ownership for the P&L performance of your customer base and drive the category agenda to develop & convert growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone Ambitious, passionate about their product and a champion for the customer and commercial performance. You’ll be a real people person, with a keen eye for detail and come with a proven track record of commercial ownership and success so that you can confidently flourish with us from the get go.
You will receive a salary of up to £60,000 and will be working Monday to Friday with an option to work hybrid . The role is based within our Salads location in St Mary Bourne, close to Andover and will at times require travel to visit your customers sites.
