MSK Physiotherapist
Permanent | Full time role based in Berkshire.
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum with excellent benefits.
Our client are looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join their team on a full time basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide accurate, detailed, and appropriate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients on a face-to-face or remote basis.
Identify, assess, and advise on any workplace hazards or contributing factors to Musculoskeletal disease.
Conduct workplace assessments such as DSE or work-based tasks as and when required and provide advice and recommendations as appropriate.
Provide a concise and precise report to management, indicating an employee's fitness to work and detailing any adjustments with timeframes.
Utilise a bio-psychosocial approach combined with functional assessment to address barriers to work and inform robust work recommendations.
Deliver effective evidence-based rehabilitation that adheres to national clinical standards.
Qualifications and skills:
Clinical Physiotherapy Qualification.
Full Member of the CSP & Registered member of HCPC is essential.
Post-graduate training in Occupational Health/Ergonomics.
Previous experience or an interest in Occupational Health Physiotherapy.
Experience of providing functional assessment and fitness for work advice.
Driver's license & access to a vehicle.
