Customer Service Manager required for a prestigious global medical devices company at their site located in Reading.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of services, consumables, and high value products into a health care setting.

Due to the critical nature of the product and service the post holder will be responsible for:
*Tracking product into and out of the business using the companies supply management software.
*Communicating with internal and external customers to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
*Dealing with and processing bespoke orders, creating BOMs (Bill of Materials) and kitting the equipment for despatch.
*Visit customers at least once per week to consult and understand forecasted requirements for the week ahead and review issues.
*Investigate and resolve disputes in relation to the equipment and services to ensure the outcome is positive for client and business.
*Support the collation and recording of data for management information, invoicing, and payroll.
*Manage a small internal team of administrators.
To be successful as the Customer service Manager, we require you to have / be able to:
