Overview:
Working for a leading national training provider, you will coach adult learners (16+) working towards professional, work based qualifications/Apprenticeships.
Our client provides a welcoming and nurturing working environment, where you will be will be fully supported with your transition into the work based learning sector.
A typical day will include:
* Support enrolment of students
* Complete progress reviews with students
* Respond to student request & queries
* Handle related administration & compliance tasks
You will need the following:
* Experience of engaging students/learners
* A high level of administration, organisation & IT skills
* Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
* Experience in a similar / relatable role or sector (advantageous)
