We have a unique opportunity for a Site Manager working with an established contractor in Reading.
The Project is valued around £3-4M and is a full Fit Out project over 2 floors 30,000 sq ft work area. You will be responsible for managing the site whilst reporting into a PM daily, you may also have support of a Site Supervisor. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
The ideal Site Manager must have:
Have CAT A and B Fit Out experience
Procore Experience
Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
SMSTS, First Aid, PASMA, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certsWhat's in it for you?
