Maintenance Plumber -Government Contract – Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells- Permanent - £35,000
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large government site in Croworough. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Package & Hours of Work
£35,000 per annum
Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (40-hour week)
Overtime available
25 days holiday + BH

Duties and responsibilities
Repairing Toilets and Sinks
Unblocking Toilets
Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
Pipework inspections and repairs
Minor installation works
Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
Flexible in helping other trades on site
Planned and reactive works
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
Driving license
Excellent customer service skills
Happy to cover a large site
